Brad V. DeBlanc began his career focused on insurance litigation. Over the past decade, he has honed his expertise in the area of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis in construction defect, personal injury, and premises liability.
Routinely handling multi-million dollar construction defect cases, Brad vehemently believes in obtaining an economical resolution for his clients utilizing various alternative dispute resolution methods. He has extensive knowledge in regards to indemnity analysis and summary judgment motions.
Brad’s litigation skills include all aspects of trial preparation (oral presentation for trial, law and motion, the use of experts, witness interviews) as well as meticulous document management.
